The Problem

Acme Door & Mirror needed a new website with a more contemporary design. What they had at the time was outdated and not mobile responsive.

 

The company that developed their existing site was also charging them for services they didn’t see necessary, but was unwilling to work with them on a solution.

 

While SEO services are highly effective for generating traffic and creating leads for growth, it was an unnecessary feature for this client. ACME is a well-established business in their area, and expanding outside of their current market didn’t make sense for their business.

 

They were also experiencing a lot of phone calls asking the same questions about the services they offer, and no way of knowing what a potential customer was looking for without a lengthy conversation discussing their needs.

 

In addition to their outdated website, they were in need of a new logo and company rebranding.

 

Once we discussed the issues they were having, we were ready to go with a solution!

 

 

The Solution

A beautifully redesigned website packed full of information about the services they offer!

 

Their website is now mobile responsive and loads quickly, a feature all modern sites should have.

 

We included pages for each of their services, with a contact form on each page that encourages potential customers to ask questions and make contact.

 

A time saving feature we built into the contact form is a “product interest” section where customers can let ACME know what they are interested in. Now, the right salesperson can contact the customer directly to answer their questions, saving a phone call to clarify what they are looking for.

 

Since ACME expressed their dissatisfaction with SEO services in general, we scaled back our monthly service to fit their needs and free up some marketing dollars to spend elsewhere.

 

So, not only does their new site look great, it plays an active role in the day to day operation of their business!
